Porter Law Firm ACQUIRES 2603 AUGUSTA AND MOVES INTO NEW OFFICE SPACE

Move and property acquisition marks intent for ongoing growth and expansion.

HOUSTON – October 8, 2024 – Porter Law Firm, a Houston fixture in real estate, business, and commercial litigation since 2009, today announced it is moving its headquarters from 2221 S. Voss to a new 16-story Class A office building in Houston’s Galleria/Uptown Corridor. The property, located at 2603 Augusta, was acquired by the firm’s managing partner and owner, Brad Porter, in partnership with LandPark Advisors.

Over the past few years, Porter Law Firm has seen exponential growth in its core practice areas of commercial real estate and, more recently, HOA law. The move signifies the firm’s intention for continued growth in those areas and expansion of its construction defect and probate practice areas.

“The Houston business and real estate markets continue to be active, meaning business and property owners are seeking knowledgeable, experienced attorneys to provide legal guidance and strategic support,” said Porter, who is also an active real estate investor. “With our firm rapidly outgrowing its existing space, I partnered with LandPark Advisors to find a new headquarters, which led to an exciting opportunity for this acquisition. Attorneys from Porter Law Firm also represented the partnership in the purchase, gaining real-world, firsthand experience in executing these types of deals.”

The facility at 2603 Augusta offers 244,804 rentable square feet of premium office space and will provide the volume needed for Porter Law Firm’s growing team as well as new tenants seeking an amenity-rich office environment. The building boasts a newly updated tenant lounge and coffee area, bourbon lockers, a first-floor conference room, a fitness center with lockers and showers, and 24-hour security. Additional upgrades include newly renovated bathrooms, enhanced infrastructure, and an adjacent parking garage, with future plans for a pickleball court and golf simulator. Management and leasing of the property will be handled by LandPark Commercial.
