Todd A. Carlson, Principal/Manager of Bridgewell Property Management, LLC
Mr. Carlson is one of Houston’s most respected investment sales brokers with a diverse knowledge base including investment sales, land acquisition for development, and development project analysis. His career investment sales dollar volume exceeds $1 billion during his 16+ years as a licensed agent in the State of Texas. Mr. Carlson completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin – Madison earning a B.S. degree in Economics. Mr. Carlson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Brad E. Porter, Principal/Manager of Bridgewell Property Management, LLC
Mr. Porter is licensed as a real estate broker, escrow agent, and most notably, as an attorney, assisting parties in the buying, selling, financing, management, construction, maintenance, and litigation involving investment commercial real estate. Mr. Porter: (i) is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; (ii) has been named a Rising Star in the field of commercial real estate from 2012-2018; (iii) is a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum (representing numerous judgments or settlements in favor of his clients exceeding $1,000,000); (iv) received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA.
