With a wealth of experience and a track record that speaks volumes, Todd A. Carlson is a seasoned real estate broker & investor with almost 20 years experience well versed in acquisitions, dispositions, development, and project cash flow analysis.
A graduate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. This academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping the analytical and strategic insight, he brings to every real estate transaction.
Active in his industry space, Todd is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and committed to staying at the forefront of trends while fostering invaluable connections within the community.

Brad, Bridgewell principal and manager, is a multifaceted professional with a passion for real estate, a perceptive legal mind, and an impressive track record in the world of commercial investment real estate.
Brad is not just a real estate broker; he’s also a licensed escrow agent and, most notably, an attorney. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of real estate activities, from facilitating both sides of a real estate transactions to navigating financing, property management, construction, maintenance, and when necessary, litigation involving commercial real estate investments.
Brad’s credentials speak volumes about his dedication and mastery in the field. He’s earned the prestigious distinction of being one of only 395 attorneys in Texas to achieve Board Certification in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to that, he’s been recognized as a Rising Star in the field of commercial real estate from 2012 to 2018, a testament to his consistently outstanding work. And, as a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Brad has a proven track record of securing judgments and settlements in favor of his clients, exceeding the impressive threshold of $1,000,000.
Brad’s educational journey includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. Along with his tenure in the industry, these institutions have been instrumental in shaping his comprehensive understanding of real estate and the legal intricacies that often accompany it.
